Weight supervision
Weight supervision is carried out efficiently at both loading and discharge port, no matter the transportation way is by truck, railcar or belt conveyor etc. It is essential for us to protect our clients’ benefits such as;

  • During loading and discharging, tally and guarantees of weight.
  • Assuring that weight determination is carried out via approved
    and duly calibrated scale(s).
  • Irrespective of above matters, we also determine the weight by means of initial and final Draft Survey Method.
  • The loss of the cargo and the eventual spillage is kept to a minimum and collected upon instructions by our inspector.
  • Security for our clients that no cargo is weighed back upon completion of weighing.


Quality control
According to instructions received from our clients, quality control both during loading and discharge operations of grains, feedstuffs and all agricultural products is handled according to international or individual contracts, as well as visual quality during these operations.

Sampling
Sampling receives utmost importance for General Survey Inspection Co. Ltd., and all analyses are carried out on representative final samples. Our inspectors have the necessary knowledge of drawing such samples according to contracts and international standard or GAFTA standards.

  • We handle any sample-dispatch for our clients according to contracts and instructions
  • We organise the relevant laboratory operations according to the relevant contract to avoid any violations between concerning parties.

Pre-shipment inspection
